Pamela Cleary is a seasoned real estate investor based in Boyd, Texas. With a keen eye for property investments and a strong understanding of the rental market, Pamela has built a successful portfolio of rental properties. Her expertise lies in identifying promising investment opportunities and managing properties to maximize returns. 

Pamela’s journey into real estate began in 2012 when she started evaluating properties for American Homes for Rent. During this time, she learned how to rehab houses and manage owner financing. Her foundation in real estate was established much earlier; she received her real estate license in 1997 after coaching high school girls basketball. From 1997 through 2010, Pamela worked as a real estate agent, helping people buy and sell houses the traditional way.

Now self-employed, Pamela leverages her extensive experience to help others qualify for buying and selling homes through non-traditional methods in real estate. Her commitment to her clients and her innovative approach to real estate transactions set her apart in the industry.

Outside of her professional life, Pamela enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her two grandchildren, which keep her balanced and motivated. She is also committed to teaching others about real estate investment and helping others through REI groups, which reflects her dedication to giving back to the community.
